New to this site, does vars need a estrogen blocker and is there other supplements that make the the cycle with vars safer?

no you shouldnt need an ai. But you will need a pct.
what cycle are you planning

I was thinking of doing it for 6 to 8 weeks but not sure if I want to start yet want to find out the safest way to do it first

You dont need any anti estrogens with ANAVAR .

Just var for 6-8 weeks nothing else just oral.. Also talking pre work outs and arginine is that fine? Probably going to stop taking arginine soon

What does clomid do? And what's the difference between clomid and nolva?
