    20%bf you mean yeah

if you use steroids now, to put it bluntly, you will be fat

you need to cut down substantially on the bodyfat, keep hammering the cardio

It doesn't happen to everyone... but using steroids before you fully develope can prevent full growth. I have a friend who was insecure because he was smaller compaired to his 3 brothers. He was 21 when he started cycling. All his brothers were small until about 24 and then they all developed fully around 25. He is now 28 and noticibely smaller than his brothers. If you want to run the risk of not fully dveloping... thats your chance to take. 2 Hrs a day or 1h 45 mins a day on weights, you may be overtraining your muscles. If you're not happy with your results... study/learn about diet. If you want to bulk up and add muscle... you'll be amazed at what working on your diet can do. Even with an insanely high metabolism like I have... if you can up your calorie intake to 6000 a day or higher, and you lift to add mass... you'll be amazed at how much you can gain even without steroids. Good Luck

Losing 6 or 7 pounds a week is too much. I cannot imagine you are losing only fat. Even in a place like this were there are some extreme people, I don't think you will find anyone that would recommend you keep doing something that results in that much weight loss.

Regarding AAS usage: I would do a lot of reading before trying anything. A lack of knowledge can be dangerous. Using at your age can have long term consequences as well.

Agreed. That's called a crash diet & its not healthy at all, & in fact can do more harm than good, the rebound is often VERY ugly. Losing a pound to 2 pounds a week is reasonable & safe, & is as simple as a diet & cardio adjustment.
