edit the name of the company out...
get some tamox..... i take 20mg ed on a similar cycle 4 weeks in every time i do that cycle....it takes the soreness out of my nips and would help on the puffiness..

You need to edit out the lab name in your post, no ugl's are to be named.

And in my experience ancillaries from that lab are a joke, so get yourself a proper AI.

If gyno has already started forming I'd start on tamox at 20mg ED until 10 days after the lump is gone.

If it's not itchy or sore it might just be water retention. I notice when I'm retaining water my nips look puffy... it's not just a little either it's a marked change from when I am not. It's the first place I notice if I am retaining.

So first thing is don't worry yourself silly. Do what you need to do to stop the gyno if it even is gyno... just remember... there are chems like Aromasin you can take to reverse it. So it's not like the old days where it meant living with it or surgery.

I can't help you with getting you gear that would help you, but you ALWAYS need to carry som'n on hand just in case.

Post a pic from the front and side. Do you feel a lump under the nipple?

Use letrozole , get a bloodwork done to check your estro and test levels, start with a higher dose as 2mg day and go down to around 0.25mg eod, depends on your estro levels,. To low estrogen is not that good.

do you trust your ancillarie drug? If so, stick with the 1mg and it should improve over the next few days. May also try adding 10mg Nolva for 2-3 days.

tamox (nolva) is normally used for pct but also can be ran the whole time with your cycle.... i dont use it until i feel any soreness in my nipples..

i dont use letro unless i have to....which when i do use it 3-4 days any sides from cycle are usually gone....i always try tamox 1st...especially when on cycle.

Tamox will specifically prevent estrogen from bindig with the receptors in the breast tissue, good for pct and during cycle when needed.
