I am gonna do GH, A-bombs, Winny, Fina, Deca, and Test cyle with some clen and T3. The Abombs are just to kickstart the cycle. What I wanted to know is how many calories should I take in a day(or when to take them) to help build muscle but not store fat. Or doesnt it matter with the T3? I am 5'9" and weigh 205lbs. at about 10% BF. My goal is to get to 225lbs and 5%BF, so that I have some abs going on for summer.
WK1-3 Abombs 1 tab a day
WK1-15 Deca 400 mg
WK 1-15 Enanthate 500mg
WK 4-10 Winny 50mg/day
WK 1-6 Fina 75mg 3X's a week
WK 5-9 T3 staggered to 50mcg's
WK 1-20 5days on 2 off, 2IU's GH

How many G's of protein should I consume and what calories should I consume, considering I am gonna do 20-30 minutes cardio 5X's a week?
