    Looking for size and cuts

    I am gonna do GH, A-bombs, Winny, Fina, Deca, and Test cyle with some clen and T3. The Abombs are just to kickstart the cycle. What I wanted to know is how many calories should I take in a day(or when to take them) to help build muscle but not store fat. Or doesnt it matter with the T3? I am 5'9" and weigh 205lbs. at about 10% BF. My goal is to get to 225lbs and 5%BF, so that I have some abs going on for summer.
    WK1-3 Abombs 1 tab a day
    WK1-15 Deca 400 mg
    WK 1-15 Enanthate 500mg
    WK 4-10 Winny 50mg/day
    WK 1-6 Fina 75mg 3X's a week
    WK 5-9 T3 staggered to 50mcg's
    WK 1-20 5days on 2 off, 2IU's GH
    clen near end of cycle, not sure when

    How many G's of protein should I consume and what calories should I consume, considering I am gonna do 20-30 minutes cardio 5X's a week?

    Is this you first time with juice? That is a pretty healthy stack for someone asking about how many calories and g's of protein to take. Some more research may be needed first. jmo

    10 weeks on AA17( abomb and winnie) is way too long.
    drop the a-bomob and use tets prop to kick start, it's a lot safer.

    20 weeks on gh at this dosage seems a bit too short

    you bette use 4 ui every day and use some glucophage or insulin.

    Not my 1st cycle by far. I was wondering how many calories would be sufficient though. I know the protein should be 1.5 grams per lb. I dont want to get into the slin, so I am just gonna take ALA and Taurine to mimic insulin. I will consider doing 4 IU a day on the GH. Maybe I will knock the Abombs down to 1/2 a tab a day, but with graduation week coming up for the local colleges and me bouncing downtown, I need the aggresion. Any more insight bro's?

    Prop 1-3 100mg EOD
    EQ 400mg week 1-11
    Test cyp 400-500mg week 1-12
    Fina 75mg ED weeks 7-14
    Prop 100mg EOD weeks 13-14
    l-dex .5mg ED

    Losing 10lbs of fat and gaining 30 lbs of muscle is not realistic in that time period. I would say 2 or 3 cycles for those goals.
