headaches and pain while on cycle.
well am currently into the end of my second week on turanabol (turanatab20) i did 20mg a day for the first three days and then up my dosage to 40 mg a day, i have notice within the second week that my gains have increased, but at the start of my second week, which was monday, i recieved a sharp pain after benching my last rep up the back of my neck into back of my head, was like an explosive headache and was pretty painfull, i dont know if i have trapped a nerve from maby moving slighty im not sure, but for the rest of this week i have being getting bad headaches wenever i try and do any weight lifting, its bad and i dont want it to **** up my cycle. any suggestions on what this cud be ?
Thanks Rugbylad20

You need to ensure you're NOT holding your breath. Increased blood-pressure can def. help bring on headaches, but you shouldn't have much of an increase in bp with your gear.
Unless you're a powerlifter... Knock down the weight and increase your reps. Control the weight and movement... And breath!
Maybe take an ibuprofen an hour before your next workout... Not aspirin since if it is bp you'll be more prone to nose bleeds.

thank you for your reply, its after a few reps i start to get a headache or any increase in activity, im only into my second week and tbol doesnt realy seem to have given me any sides, iv been told it could be to do with a trapped nerve in my neck :s not sure but its an intensive headache that i get :s seems to be after i struggled on my last rep on monday and just hasnt gone, reckon a trip to doctors ? or will they just advice me to stay of the gear ?

A pinched nerve is kind of a big deal man... And (don't take my word for it) it's not he gear... Now that I think of it I had a buddy whose neck bugged him when he did bench.
Get a requisition for a physiotherapist from a doc... If you can't see a doc today, get a massage... and see a doc to get a diagnosis and treatment.
