Bf %: 12.5-13

Im gonna run a light cycle.
Test E 250mg week not exactly sure how many weeks. Depends on the ml/mg amount of the tub.
Anavar 50mg ED for 7 weeks

PCT : Nolva and Clomid 4 weeks.

Question is based on the low dose of Test. Do I require Arimidex and HCG?

If so, how much Arimidex should i be doing ? .25mg EOD is what i was thinking
HCG .250iu EOD until the last shot?

Why are you shutting down your system for such a small amount of test. That's barely a TRT dose. Novla 40/20/20/20. Clomid 100/50/50/50. Yes run an AI and hcg will hp recovery

Minimum test while on cycle should be 400mg unless you are stacking something else stronger.

Your case, 400mg - But, I say 500mg. Kinda hard to tell exactly what you are getting with UGL gear. But, 500 is a good #.

I'm basically doing a Var only cycle with with test as a base. I wish to put on 7-10 lbs of quality muscle. Don't wish I overdo it and be pumped out for MMA and not be able to train cuz of insane pumps. How much Arimidex should I do?

Hmmm, makes sense though. . . Just never thought of Anavar being the cycle. But, it can be pretty damn good to harden you up.


Will, Var shut you down to where you need test?

But, that would make sense just to run a low dosage of test to replace what was shut down.

250mg/wk of test will shut you down. run your hcg @ 250 2/wk.

but i agree with cape..up your dose to 400. you likely wont get "pumped out" on that dose. and i disagree with sampson. (no dis) 250 is more than the average trt dose..in fact it's twice a much.

but yes, you will notice a difference at 250/wk but why shut yourself down for such a mild cycle. doesn't seem worth it to me..just my .02

Thank you for the responses. Will I require Arimidex at that dose. I am predispositioned for Gyno.
