I am new to these forums and I have been reading off and on about cycling. I have friends who compete and they have for the last year been trying to convince me to cycle. I have been working out off and on for years now, but I have been training seriously for right about 1.5 years now. I cut my bf% down to about 9% at 155 lbs, and then bulked to about 184 but bd% got up to about 16%, so I started cutting again, but in the process about 2.5 months ago I slightly tore some ligaments in my shoulder and I haven't been working out the last 2.5 months, I should be returning back in about 1.5 months. Here is my question, I have continued working our my legs, but I have lost a lot of mass up top, I am back down to around 164-65 lbs at about 14-15% bf. I am seriously entertaining the idea of a cycle when I get back in the gym. What would be my best course in action, to re-bulk again first to gain back some of my lost mass, or can I do a cycle to get me back to where I was quicker? I just want to do this the safest way possible, if I choose to do a cycle. And for the records, I am right about 31 years old, I do know how to diet that is based off of macros, I have a good work out routing along with great work out ethics, If I do a cycle, I want to ensure I can keep my gains, I am not trying to get big for a couple of months then deflate, this is why I have not cycled as on yet. Any opinions are welcome.
