    Cool ive decided to go for "1 rip" for the last 5-6 weeks of my cycle, please look !

    okay so im week 8 into my 10 week lean bulk, sust 750mg a week,deca 300mg a week and var 100mg a day. great gains in strength and got some nice size too. my plan was a 14-15 week cycle and i was either going to drop my sust to 500mg last 5 weeks with winny at 60mg a day but i have decided to go for 1 rip instead for my last 5 weeks to get sereously shredded.
    the 1 rip im getting is 200mg/ml of 70mg prop,65mg tren a & 65mg masteron , my question is would 1ml eod be enough for good gains or should i concider bumping it up to 2ml eod ??? diet will be spot on as i know thats the most important things with BB.

    Hobnob, I'm pretty sure i use the same UGL begins with P. this blend is good, 2ml EOD is to much you will not get any more gains just waste your gear. I would go 1ml to 1.5ml max. 1.25 for the sake of arguement. Plenty of cardio.

    yea 1.5 ml is exactly what i thought. then il be getting about 100mg of each prop/tren /masteron . yes 15 minutes high intensity cardio after every workout, and diet will be spot on, extremely strict as i want these summer abs !!!
