need help for on cycle estrogen blocker

I'm gonna run test and deca , I already hsve my info on what to do with my gear I've just heard so many different ideas on what to do on cycle for estrogen,

Adex seems to be the norm. Start with a low dose and titrate up if needed. It has about a 46 hr half life. Amount is going to depend on volume of aas used as well as knowing your body. BW helps too as without it your guessing. Deca 's a 19NOR and can cause prolactin issues so control your E and you control your prolactin. Run at least an equal amount of test (or more) compared to the deca.

Let me ask u another question , what's ur opinion , some people say don't run a estrogen blockr right till u see signs cuz I am using deca and I need to retain some water ? I just need help on what to get and where to get a good estrogen blockr

Do not wait until you see signs. Think about that. It's not smart. What if the first sign you see is gyno? Still want to wait? Many of E's side effects are internal and just not seen. Yes, adex will control your prolactin via controlling your estrogen. it works hand in hand. Throw in some B6 also if you like. If your seriously concerned there's always caber. Aromasin (Exemestane) at 10mg/ED will control estrogen levels and by doing so it will also control prolactin.
