    how do you run your sust?

    I typically shoot M/W/F and skip the weekend. Obviously pinning EOD would probably be a little more stable but after being a pin cushion for so long I'm heading back to longer esters it seems.

    Just curious to see what others do.

    I have never fallen for the EOD pinning story concerning Sustanon injection protocol and went for twice a week injections instead.

    This worked just fine every time.

    2x a week is fine
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Twice a week, I agree it may slightly be benefical to pin eod but then you may as well just run prop

    cool, glad to find more people successful with 2x weekly injections. I might try that next time.

    I typically run Test E 2x weekly if I was going to shoot less frequently, would say you notice better mass gains with Test E to Sust?

    Reason I'm asking is I'm planning my next bulking cycle and I problably going back to Test E/Deca. With my work schedule and travel, 2x weekly seems less of a headache (hate traveling with gear).

    my first cycle was sus once a week 250 mg . i went from 147 lbs to 191 lbs in 10 weeks .

    I did twice a week Mon n thurs worked heaps good for me

    One is not better than the other.

    Better diet and accordingly adjusted workout regimen builds more mass, and of course higher dosages of AAS help with this process of gaining muscle tissue...

    I did .6ml eod for the first three weeks and then started seeing good results in the gym and decided to go 1ml 2x week. I started last Thur so this morning was the second 1ml pin. I think I will go with 2x a week if I decide to run another cycle pinning was not an issue it was just a pain eod plus I thought if the longer esters were starting to kick in run 2x week from now to end of cycle would be cool, how much more would I gain from prop if I kept running eod. Figured 2x week would be cool now.

    I do 1cc twice a week. Monday/Thursday, Sunday/Tuesday and so on... Two day between pins.
