Aspiring Bodybuilder. First "real" Cycle. Dat Dere Bulk
Alright yall, ive done my research for 2 years and my training/diet is on point. Just finished a cut from 223lbs to 198lbs now gonna bulk till next march. Plan is to bulk to 260lbs. Running 12 weeks of Test E, front loading 4 weeks of Dbol and then transitioning into 8 weeks of Var. Im on the the 12th day of the Cycle and im at 220lbs.
Week 1- Week 4
30mg Dianabol E/D
500mg of Test-E split 250mg/250mg Pinning Mondays and Thursdays
.25mg of Anastrozole EOD
Week 5-12
75mg Anavar E/D
500mg of Test-E split 250mg/250mg Pinning Mondays and Thursdays
.25mg Anastrozole EOD
Week 14-18
Nolva 40/40/20/20
(Have Clomid and Clen aswell might run the clen right through the end of the var for 2 weeks to help retain the weight)
Support Supplements:Green Tea Extract/Grape Seed/Fish Oil/L-Caritine/Taurine/Organ Shield/Kre-Aklyn/B-12 Pills
Diet is clean food shooting for 4500-6500 cals a day. 6-9 meals a day.
Stats: 5"11/ 220lbs/ 19 years old.- You can give me shit about my age but ive got a unique build for my age and trying to take advantage of a pipe dream while its still a possibility.

When i say first "real cycle" i ran a Var only Cycle 75mg E/D 8 weeks. No PH's or anything. Was Natty until i turned 19.

so you put on 22lbs in 12 days? That is not healthy at all bulking or not
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

my natural BW is around 212. so about 10lbs in 12 days. the majority of the weight is probably water.

If you are 5'11 220lbs right now without ever being on, you are carrying too much bodyfat. You need to cut again, since you lost your self control (you were 198lbs, what the hell happened???), then hop on a bulking cycle

im about 13%BF at 220lbs. bulking to 260 18%BF. Do alot of powerlifting and bodybuilding workouts. 19 year old, 50 inch chest/18.5inch arms 26inch quads/ 33inch waist at the naval. Those are stats from the end of the var only cycle 6 months ago. im trying to do a relatively clean bulk, difficult but trying. around 4-6kcals a day. train everyday sometimes twice a day. Considering training with Brian Dobson soon.

OK OP, this isnt t-misc on BB dot com so no need to pull out the stupid "dat dere bulk" slang, people like you are the reason the english language is so fuked now. As for your thread, if you are not asking something or warning/informing members about something useful what is the point of this thread? you're just trying to brag about how you are 19 using roids. I'm pretty sure if you are that body weight you're carrying a decent amount of fat. If you have been doing that much research you talk about the last few years you would know that in most steroid forums they don't take kindly to people under 25 asking about steroid cycles they plan to do. obviously this isn't the misc lol. and the 19 year old thing was to deter people from wasting their breath on the 25 years or younger b/s. The GodFather himself stated that the 25 years or younger statement is kind of a ridiculous generalization So dont just repeat the same nonsense to people whom are educated on the subject. i will post before after pics and stats when i finish the cycle. Granted this is the first phase of a 11 month bulk.

Typical youngster think he knows it all. Cant help all of em. Good luck with that unique physique you wont post a pic of now and your so called pipe dream. Let me give you this to think about real champions are made when they have a dream and they chase that dream with realistic expectations of what it takes to achieve greatness. They dont exploit thier natural talents they realisticly identify thier weaknesses and work tirelessly to strengthen them. If you really do have this great physique then I say its a damn shame it has to be wasted!

To the op, if you are still reading this.
If you say you are going to train with Brian, I take it you live in Arlington. Just "talk" to his staff and you will get everything you want. I'm not saying It's what you need, but you seem to only hear what you want.
I will tell you this, though. Be ready for all the health problems you will encounter.

19 year old with 50" chest, very impressive. I'm quite keen to see some pics of you at this level
Not sure why you are planning to run var and clen during a bulking cycle either, its kind of a waste and will probably be counter-productive
Oh yeah and I totally agreed with djjohnnied. Don't use bb.com misc language around here please it makes you look silly and childish, unless that's what you are going for... then by all means continue.

You're pretty solid for 19, I wouldn't say unique but definitely big and solid. I know you're gonna do what you want but the reason you should have waited is because you can throw your hpta out of whack at your age. Trust me, that's a problem you don't want to have.
