Alright yall, ive done my research for 2 years and my training/diet is on point. Just finished a cut from 223lbs to 198lbs now gonna bulk till next march. Plan is to bulk to 260lbs. Running 12 weeks of Test E, front loading 4 weeks of Dbol and then transitioning into 8 weeks of Var. Im on the the 12th day of the Cycle and im at 220lbs.
Week 1- Week 4
30mg Dianabol E/D
500mg of Test-E split 250mg/250mg Pinning Mondays and Thursdays
.25mg of Anastrozole EOD
Week 5-12
75mg Anavar E/D

(Have Clomid and Clen aswell might run the clen right through the end of the var for 2 weeks to help retain the weight)
Support Supplements:Green Tea Extract/Grape Seed/Fish Oil/L-Caritine/Taurine/Organ Shield/Kre-Aklyn/B-12 Pills
Diet is clean food shooting for 4500-6500 cals a day. 6-9 meals a day.
