diet is for losing weight not steroids
Just putting this post up because every so often I see people on here talking about: "If I cycle only Winny can I lose enough weight before my bulking cycle?" or something similiar.
March 20th I weighed in @ 218lbs and a BF% of 27%.
Sure I wanna cycle again, but with as many set backs I've had in my life, I know I'm physically not ready.
I don't want estrogen related side effects and neither do you, A.I. and PCT or not.
Now I have lost 3inches from my waist and am down to 192lbs. Just wanted to stress how important diet is. And since I've lost this much so far, I know I'm still not ready to cycle.
Just think before you leap!!!!

Thanks blksavage. And am I wrong for measuring my bicep to make sure I don't lose too much muscle mass. Size there hasn't changed much (<1/4in.) I did strain my rotator cuff according to the doc so the whole time I haven't been in the gym, took it easy, and am doing dips at home, pushups, and pullups now EOD.
