how to lower estrogen off cycle

havent ran a cycle in 3 years and apparently have higher than normal estrogen

estradiol, 41 reference range 13-54



is there an estrogen reversal protocol that i could run to lower my estrogen? i tried seeking this simple answer in a previous thread but i could tell it wasnt going anywhere

actually 41 seems in line to me bro. 35-40 is usually ideal for most, so you're not out of whack imho.

how low do you want it?

take a serm or an AI at low dosages. Nolvadex /clomid etc...not sure of the protocol but these two will definitely lower your estrogen and in turn increase testosterone by around 150% ....remember to taper down when you are about to stop on clomid or you will get estrogen rebound and sides.

Tapering will prevent sides in most cases.

but based on your levels i would consider not eliminating estrogen, its needed for your immune system and general wellbeing.
