So ive heard about clen and T3 both of which are avaliable to me I just need a little help with the way I go about cycling, or is their something else you guys would reccomend? Thanks

clen is fine. (provided you have no heart conditions) daily dosing. 2 weeks on, 2 off. start with 40 mcg the first day, increase by 20 mcg every day until the sides are too much (max 120 mcg, rule of thumb)
i don't know much about t3 and have never used it, but it controls your thyroid. i don't think it's a great idea to do this at 19. vets may have something to add.

You should look into a proper diet and training. Are you currently eating right? T3 and clean is a combo for fatloss, you'd be better off trying cardio first.

Thanks fukn yeh I know how to run clen I'm just not sure how to stack it with T3 :/ haha, these should be fine for my age I would think its nothing hardcore
Yep my diet and training is set in stone, yep that what I'm aiming for just to get down to around 10% body fat or lower if possible currently at 14%. Yeh I've been doing cardio for the last months training for the miltary which consists of 3 miles run in morning and again at gym time
