    Please help!!!

Now before I get criticized for running this cycle, I want you all to know I did not want to bulk up, I was just doing it for some strength and recovery gain, and I plan on doing a proper pct when my cycle is finished. but here is my situation: I'm an athlete who used to do triathlons, but now I have moved onto sprinting. I do biking, swimming, and running, but I have been focused on swimming the past few months. I started a cycle of 20 mg anavar every day for two weeks now. The first week felt amazing. I did the best I ever have in practice, and I felt like even my endurance was pretty good. However, this week has been inconsistent. I have lost a lot of aerobic ability and I feel like I have lower energy than last week. Now here is the thing; I have an important sprint race in a couple days, i'm wondering if I should go off the anavar right now? What should I do?

And I don't know enough about Anavar to provide advice.

But that was a funny response.

I am sure a vet will know more about how it helps or hinders your RBC counts and all that fun stuff though.

Good luck! Run like you just stole something and you need to sell it to support your drug habit and all you can see is red and blue behind you and the sirens are deafening. Or like you just got walked in on by some 20 year old's dad as you were laying pipe and dude has a .40cal with your name on the bullets. I don't know. Time for bed for me

Anavar takes 10-12 days to kick in. So whatever you felt the first week was probably a placebo effect. Anavar can make some people feel tired at times. If your a track'n'field guy Turinabol would have been a better choice for you. It was created with Track'n'field athletes in mind. No back pumps, better endurance and a lot cheaper.

I'm not telling him to do it, I'm telling him it would have been a better choice.

Besides, he's an athlete and taking it for sports performance, not a gym guy taking it to get bigger. Stats are less improtant in this case. If he's a sprinter he probably weighs in the 160-180 range. Half the guys here are gonna say he's too light he needs to put on weight without even thinking that he is doing this for better track'n'field performance.

His goal is understood, but that doesn't make his stats any "less important". What if he's just an absolute twig, 6' 120 lbs for example, track star or not, that's just too damn light & shows his inadequate knowledge & effort pertaining to proper diet, what if he's 19............

I think stats would be helpful in either case. IMO.

What if his profile listed his age at 27. And what if he were an endurance runner at 6' 120-145lbs? Ever seen a marathons runner? Weight means nothing to these athletes. Size regardless of leanness is a hindrance. Muscle is a liability to this category of athlete.

I have a friend that runs marathons sub 5 hours. He is 5'10 and weighs 130lbs. Sickly thin looking but an athlete none the less.

    ^^^^^^^^

    Off topic

But sub 5hr or sub 3hr?

I think majority of people here could run sub 5hr, I can run sub 3 1/2hr no problem, now sub 3hr is not a feat for the average man. . . .

I doubt that the majority of users here can do that time or even complete a marathon. The average marathon finish time is over 4-1/2 hours.

    http://www.marathonguide.com/Feature...apOverview.cfm

World class marathon runners finish in low threes and even high twos on some courses. We are talking about 26.2 miles. I don't know anything about you or your size but I know I couldn't run anywhere near 26 miles. I am good for a 5K no problem. I've never seen anyone that looks like a body builder that is able to complete a marathon in anything greater then a walk. All that muscle is a liability when it comes to this type of performance.

I consider myself a swimmer, but I do track as well. I haven't been doing track for the past couple months. Stats : 6' 2" 180 lb. after two weeks or var: 6' 2" 176 lb. Had a weird experience today in a meet. I swam a race( lasted roughly a minute) and this is what happened. I flew the first half, absolutely flew. went out faster than ever before by almost a full second( speed feels great right now), then my I tightened up the last half and was sooo full of lactate acid that I could barely have a decent finish. it was baad. 1/2 way through I was ahead of pace, then at 3/4, right on pace, then at the end:crashed and burned. So obviously it helps for anything under 30 seconds, but what should I do to be able to finish? should I cycle off? Or is there something I can take to supplement my endurance?

thats called a back pump and it happens with Anavar alot. When you get up to 80-100mgs they becom dehabilitating and you need to take 5-10 minutes off a set before you can lift again. I guess thats what happens to swimmers. Like I said before, if your gonna do something do Tbol, you will be much happier with it then Anavar. I have done both so I am talking from experience.
