I am 6' and weigh only 165 lbs which I have weighed for most of my life other than a few years where I was working out regularly and taking 6000 calories a day and I made it up to about 180 and that was the most ever and I looked great but that was 12 years ago...lol
My point is I really would like to have the body I always wanted which is to be about 190 lbs but I am very afraid I have 'missed the boat' at my age now and my years of smoking abuse. I am just starting the gym and shocked at how weak and unconditioned I am with pathetic cardio.
Are steroids not an option for me? Is it too dangerous for me specifically cause of age and above facts? If I can (which I would love) what would be a good 1st cycle for me? Bear in mind - gaining weight for me is a ridiculously hard task for me.
Thank you so much for your professional and informed insight gentleman.
