    what would be the best for me

    im 31 about 250 lbs fat is high ive been training for about a year and a half about 10 hours a week and my diet stays about 2000 cals a day i want to cut fat and gain lean mass what would be good for me to start with ?

    I would start with a tightened up diet. Are you losing fat at 2000 calories a day? If not, you might not be accurately tracking your calories. Head over to the nutrition section for some advise.

    How tall are you?

    Regarding using AAS, I wouldn't recommend it until you are lean.

    yes i was 320 a year ago and im 6'1" i only eat high protein eggs chicken fish stuff like that but i want to gain muscle mass

    Nicely done! Losing 70 pounds is awesome.

    You might want to consider a 60% protein, 20% carbs and 20% fat diet to make sure you get some fuel. Maybe you are already close to that, but a structured diet always seems to work less than a loose one. I know what you are doing is working, so I would only change it if you are having any problems such as lack of energy.

    Using AAS while having high body fat can result in estrogen related issues such as gyno and a spike in blood pressure. It isn't recommended.
