    Please offer some good advise on 1st cycle

    Hi all-
    New to this site and new to the cycle game. I am 33 and am 5 9 at about 200 lbs right now. I want to lose weight and get some good muscle size. I recently received 40ml of Tren Enanthate and 30ml of Test Cyp from naps with some clomed. Any suggested on the best way to maximize this cycle, dosage, length, which should be used 1st or all together? Should I get some HTC too as well once off? Thx for nay help or pointers you can gove me!

    Also, I eat about 5-6 meals a day of only high protein foods such a chicken, turky,fish and steak with brown rice and sweet potatos as my main carbs. I eat lots of raw veggies too like brocoli, califlower, bell peppers, etc. I take about 2-3 iso pure protein shakes thru the day as well and after workouts.

    Test e and test c are basically the same thing. No need to run them together. Use the search function for 1st cycle and see what comes up. Also research pct.

    any idea whats your BF%? and your height?

    Save the tren its def not for a first cycle
    How long have you been training
    whats your bf%?
    Can you post a little more specific what you diet is. Maybe post exactly what you ate today and times. That will give us a better idea
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Nothing should be used without Test. That being said, don't think anyone will recommend tren on a 1st cycle. Not sure what bf% is, but if its high, again, dot think anyone will recommend aas. if thats the case, probably proper diet and workout schedule advice would suffice before ass.

    We typically recommend Test only for 1st cycle.

    This recommendation comes from personal experience and collective intelligence.

    If your diet, training and recovery are spot on, then you probably will NOT need anything more than a type of Test dosed at around 500mg a week for your first cycle, as it will yield results.

    Controlling estrogen during a cycle as well as designing a solid PCT are by far more important agents than simply running bunch of compounds at relatively high doses and mess up your body.
