    Plateu while on cycle?

Well, I am in week 8 of my 1st cycle of test enan only.

I went from 185 Lbs. to right around 220. I understand almost 15-20 pounds of this weight is garbage(water & fat) thanks to my fat laden diet. Which isn't the best, but not the worst. I lost fat in the past and I seem to lose weight quite quickly with a solid diet.

For the last 11 days I have not gained any weight. I eat all day, I can post up a diet but I mean it's heavy. One PWO shake per day and one of cottage cheese and casein before bed. Then just heavy foods throughout the day. I never hit less than 3k of cals per day or 275 g's of protein.

From what I can see, 3k in cals is actually low for my new found weight and I find myself feeling full all day.

I understand I have not done the mathematics of my macros, but fat gain is not the issue and I feel like I physically can not consume anymore food per day.

If you've stopped gaining up your Caroline intake 10% and see if that gets things moving again. There is a certain amount of calories required for any amount of mass. You've probably reached that point where the amount you are taking in is maintenance level for your current size. More food will push you past that barrier.

Also. Fat doesn't make people fat. Carbohydrate conversion to sugar via elevated insulin levels is the primary cause of fat accumulation IMO. I've personally survive on high fat/protein diets with sensible quantities of complex carbs with great success and never have lost sight of my abs. Fat is required to achieve the calorie intake we require because each gram contains more calories then either protein or carbs. I see fat free labels on candy and it makes me cringe. It deceived people into thinking it won't make them gain weight.

Yes, 35Lbs in 7 weeks and 4 days. I don't even mind really, I know it's a bit is fat but I feel just fine and look better IMO. No, I am eating a bit of shit. Not worse than I did before cycle. Just more of it.

Here is my diet, it's been like this for about 3-4 weeks now:

    9 am
1.5 cups of dry oats with 1.5 cups of skim milk
    2 cups of Greek Yogurt

    Noon

Tuna Sandwich(1 can of tuna and 1 Tbsp. of mayo)
or 4-6 eggs with some wheat bread and some cheese

    2 pm

Shake (2 cups of Greek yogurt, strawberries, half of a banana, 3 scoops of MM or Syntha, 2 Tbsp of peanut butter, half of cup of oats)

    7 pm

Meat - 2 plain hamburger patties with cheese and wheat bread or some sort of other meat equivalent

    9 pm

Shake (1 cup of cottage cheese, half of scoop of MM, a full scoop of casein and about 3/4 cups of skim milk)

This is how I always bulked in the past. Huge amount of fat and protein with no carbs from shitty foods. Just oats and rice mainly since I hate sweet potatoes.

You have a 12 hr period with no food. What time do you get up? Try 8 egg whites 1 cup of oats and a scoop of protein blended up and drink it around 6 am

What dosage of test are you taking?

You've gained a good deal for your first cycle already however in my experience gains start to slow down around the 8 week mark that's why I only go to 10 weeks max now. Have you considered bumping the test 100mg or something for the last bit of your cycle?

Oatmeal is my favorite carb source. Little cinnamon some honey. Couple blueberries. I could eat that every meal.

As gix said eating better foods, those that are very nutrient dense will help pack on the pounds.

Also its been my experience that almost everyone digests and feels full on different foods. Myself chicken breast will give me a loaded feeling for hours as they seem to just sit in my stomach, however the same amount of protein in the form of 90/10 ground beef will be a forgoten memory in 30-40 minutes. Now things like clean white fish say flounder or sole they will never even form a lump so as long as my wallet could stand it I could intake 400 gms of fish easily but since I am not rich I usually end up with 90/10 burger as my primary source of protein.

Experiment with different foods and see which foods and combos of food are best handled by your system you may be suprized how much of a difference this makes.

That is exactly how I am.

I know I can take down a ton of quality red meat and fish. But, I can't afford it. So, it's 90/10 ground, eggs and powders for my protein.

Just checked BP, it is still right within range.

I took my Stane for the first 5 weeks EOD, I stopped taking it that often 3 weeks ago. Now I take it about every 5 days. Never seen a weight change.

Well, you can always eat more chicken

The idea was to introduce more solid/dense food, especially protein from macro nutrient sources as opposed to processed carbs and shakes.

I know you got the idea, so no worries.
