post cycle adjustments- whats YOUR preference??

when coming off aas i have read that you need to bring calorie intake down and training volume down... but by how much.. and for how long

i mean i have no idea what "bring training volume down" means? do they mean take a 1 or 2 sets off your current program, or do they mean do 1 or 2 sets per body part per week?

    same dilema with diet

    any advice?

I can guarantee you if you reduce calorie intake you will lose size. There is a certain amount of calories required to support any given amount of mass. Dip below maintenance levels and you will lose muscle.

You should not drop your intake. . . If you do you will lose your size as stated above.

I rather over eat a bit while on PCT just not to lose mass. After a few months you can adjust a bit depending on what you wanna do.

INCREASE your cals and and intensity at the gym.

there is no set amount of sets for w/o's post cycle. BUT, the key is to get in and out of the gym in under an hour..45mins is ideal - adjust your sets accordingly. then eat some more if you want to keep your gains.

While increased intensity might not be a bad idea is give yourself more recovery time. Personally I keep things the same intensity wise and just give myself an extra day recovery peruse group. Steroids increase recovery rate. If you don't give yourself the extra recovery time you will end up over training and causing more harm then good.
