This is my second cycle and I started a little basic on the first, I did sus 250 and winny 75, but due to my work and travel it was hard to maintain and keep it going but it looks like I will have some time and am looking to get leaner and more tone. Any suggestions on what I should get and how much I should do? I am experienced on diet and workout just not do much on the mixtures, everyone I know is trying to get hull big and I'm not looking for that. I'm already 5,11 215 and roughly around 15% bf.
