it is possible to take it in powder, without to transform it in other shape (for ex:liquid)

Winstrol in a liquid for is a suspension. That is it's powder floating around in a liquid. It separates.

It's not like taking a solid compound and melting it to change it's shape. Nor is it like disolving sugar in water as winstrol doesn't disolve to form a solution.

There isn't anything to transform. Injectible winstrol is powder suspended in water and some benzyl alcohol.

You can make your own injectible (bad idea) or just mix the powder with water and drink it. You can make caps or tabs too if you have the right equipment.
