    First cycle sust250/deca300 need advice

    So a friend of mine finally talked me into starting my very first cycle. Acting like he knew what he was talking about. So me being a fool believed he knew all his facts. Sadly after just a few hours of research I realized he had no idea what he was talking about but by then I had already started my cycle. So here's the basics I'm 25 and have been working out off and on the passed 3 years. Gaining weight has always been a huge problem for me ive never gotten over 140. I'm 5'10 and only weigh 131. Which I'm thinking is way to small for steroids but decided to go ahead anyways.)

    Now he put me on a cycle that after doing some research sounds very odd to me
    Weeks 1-2 sustanon 250 every 5 days (I'm thinking he should have said every mon and thurs)
    Weeks 3-8 sustanon 250/deca 300 every 5 days
    Weeks 9-10 sustanon 250 every 5 days.
    The first problem I realized is that if I do sust every 5 days that's only enough for 7 weeks. So that sounds like a huge problem to me. I'm only 4 injections in right now so the big question is should I just start doing every Monday and Thursday? My next injection is supposed to be Sunday.
    I'm also supposed to start the deca on that injection as well.
    He also told me there's no need for any PCT since this is my first cycle. Again after doing research I find this to be horrible incorrect and am now exploring my options. Ill agree I was a retard for getting into this without looking into it and expect to be ragged on for that. Just wondering what to do next. Should I just stop taking the sustanon since the schedule is so weird or should I adjust it and finish it out? Should I just leave the deca out completely? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Yep drop the deca all together use the sust only. Adjust your stick days to mon and thurs at 1cc a day equaling 500 mg of test a wk, which will give you great results. You want this to last for around 10 wks. Get clomid and nolva for your pct. lift to fail, drink a gallon of water a day, and eat like a mother ****in beast and you will become one. At least a 155 lb 5'10 beast lol

    Can you please post an average days diet. If its not good yes you will make gains but you will lose them. Let's see how you eat.

    I try to eat somewhat healthy but I'm also trying to eat about 5k calories a day which is pretty much miserable. I haven't been hungry since I started my cycle. Not taking any powders. Trying to eat a legit 200 grams of protein a day. A lot of eggs, tuna, and chicken. I always get sloppy at work during lunch break though. Some people tell me to stay away from fast food others tell me because of how fast my metabolism is and the fact that theres virtually no fat on my body that I should just go crazy. So I have been any specific supplements someone wants to recommend? Today's payday so let's go beast mode on it. Gonna go read some more stickies now so I can get a better understanding on some of the things my body needs.

    Please list what you are eating that equals 5000 cal. I'm just trying to get a sense of your diet to help you on cycle

    You can take all the aas in the world but if your diet sucks you wont keep anything you got.

    I'd suggest you start dirty bulkin, eat anything and everything of course keeping the shit to moderation. It's easier and a whole lot cheaper and less time consuming. Let's face it time is money and to be measuring out and weighing and proportioning meals every 2-3 hrs suck. Eat eat eat everything till your full constantly. Meat n potatoes, chicken n pasta. Make pounds n pounds put the rest in tupperwares. Start that now, do it thought your pct and then after all leaves are stabilized start eating cleaner. Be lazy on your cycle don't mow the grass, pass on the local game of ball and expell all your energy in the gym and in bed. Lift to fail every set, I went from 190 at 6'7 to currently 262 (on cycle) in a yr and a half. I started with 25s on my bench, I just put up 3 plates at 315 lbs. copy this recipe and you shall have great success
