Did anybody else get worked up over nothing?

Well after all my prep i finally pinned my first time today. I was procrastinating alcohol swabbing the vial and reswabbing the vial lol....started to sweat a little bit....but when it was all said and done i didnt even feel it go in. After i just laughed at myself for being such a wuss. Has anybody else been in that same boat?

I was a but nervous about my first injection, but after it was all done, I did feel a but silly about being so nervous. Now I can do it mindlessly, with one hand, while channel surfing or eating with the other hand................I'm a multi tasker...............lol.

I almost threw up afterwards from not breathing. But then it gets better. But I will say I think there is a possibility I hit a nerve in my ass last night and it was knee jerk to pull it out as fast as possible. I pinned again but for whatever reason the needle wouldn't puncture skin Sotheby's third time I had to bow up. It was traumatic. That nerve shit ain't no joke. Now I'm nervous about next one

You're supposed to change the sharp before you re-pin ya dumb truck.........lol. After that sharp has been used once, it is significantly dulled.

i like pinning the quads. i have both hands free to handle the needle and swaps, i can see exactly where i want to go without having to twist around, and it has much less fat to go through, compared with glutes.

Anyone else prefer the quads? Are there disadvantages to doing quad over glutes?

i hear people say that the Post Injection Pain may be a bit more in the quads than the glutes, but i definitely prefer to see better and deal with the pip later. i stretch the skin with one hand and dart the pin with the other. almost painless going in.

I used a pack of frozen peas over my delt, then I pinned. Didnt feel it. After that I never used anything. Just pinned.

Lmao. I know but....I started sweating so I just jabbed it in and gave it hell. Didn't even inject slow cause I was aggravated and I have less pain than normal

First time I had to have someone pin me cause I didn't know what to expect. Just did my quad again a few minutes and it was effortless. I even answered a text while I was slowly pushing it in, think I'm getting too comfortable!!
