Hypothyroid-Wanting to start CLen, Do I still need T3???
I'm Hypothyroid. I currently take 150mcg of Levothyroxine every day. I read here that Clen suppress the amount of T3 naturally made and this is why you should take T3 along with it.
My question is...will it suppress it enough in me that even with my Levothyrox I should still take T3?
One more... I have also read ppl taking Keto or Benadryl during the cycle to lengthen it. Is one better than the other?

What about adding Var with it. I also read on here that you should do a low dose to help keep muscle.
If so would I take it the entire time I do the Clen /T3?
Lastly most the doses listed are by men, as a women would I just start at a lower dose and then move up as needed?

Since your a monitor do you have any idea when they will turn me pink? It's been about a week since I first signed up and my registration went through on Monday. I really would like to talk to some women about all this before I start!

Oh, see here I was thinking that you were an Asian guy with long hair and tattoos. You should PM admin and let him know you're a woman.
But yeah, you'd run the Var alongside the Clen and T3. But this is a pretty big stack for a woman, so why don't you tell us a bit about yourself (stats, goals, etc).

As I said above I'm hypothyroid and I've been fighting for the last years. I've been on the 150mcg for about 18 months now and I feel pretty good. My doc doesn't want to take me any higher b/c of the dangers of osteoporosis. Last year I went from about 200lbs to 140 and got to about 20% BF on my own all with just diet and exercise. I did a lot of triathlons and cycling tours, then I moved to Colorado Springs about 6 months ago to work and start a masters program and I just totally fell off the wagon!! It was hard to get back into a rhythm and find a gym so I've gained about 20lbs back!
I've gotten back on my workout and diet routine, but this time I thought I could use a little help to make it go faster.
So I am currently 5;6" and about 160, not sure of my BF..I'm a little scared to find out! LOL I would ultimately like to do a figure comp. I was working with a figure coach last year and she said she'd like to see me at about 135.
After cutting I would like to not only gain muscle but strength as well, b/c I like doing those mud/obstacle races ( tough mudder) and from what I read Anavar is the best choice.
Oh about the T3 I have a new doc now should I just ask her to up my meds instead of ordering T3 with the Clen ? Right now my levels stay steady at about 2.xx I forget the measurement of the test. On Monday I will find out my Test levels. My doc suspects I am low since I have trouble loosing, so I go in for my results Monday morning. If I am, is there something specific I should ask her prescribe for it?

just to clarify Monday I find out my Testosterone levels . Sometimes it gets a little confusing when talking about actual test and abbreviating testosterone .
The titles under ppl screen names...knowledgeable member, junior member... are those given by the site?

Is taking Clen alone affective or do you need to take T3 with it to see the weight loss? (This is assuming diet and exercise is on track)

no can use clen by itself.
but combined can have more of an effect.

as a woman what should I start my T3 dosage plan? I was planning to do a straight 6 week Clen cycle. Using Keto on the 3rd and 6th week, I plan to start my Clen at 20mcg and work up from there. As advised I bought a BP/heart rate monitor so I can keep an eye on them. I'm ready to order the Clen, Keto and T3 I just need to make sure I order the right amounts.
If my calcs are correct the 30ML 200mcg/ml bottle would actually be 6,000mcg's? correct so this would be about double what I think I will use in a 6 week cycle.
The T3 comes in the same size bottle, would I use the same amounts of T3 as Clen?
Lastly taking the T3 won't have any problems with the 150mcg Levothyroxin I already take on a daily basis...right?

If you're going to use Keto, run it throughout the whole Clen cycle.
Your doses sound correct. Just remember to start off low and build your doses up as needed.
Are you still going to run Anavar ? If so, 10mg a day would work well.

So I should take the Keto everyday with the clen and T3? This will work better at keeping my body from adapting?
I'm not going to do Anavar now since I can't get it. I'm gonna order the clen, Keto and T3 tonight and start it as soon as I get it.
Although I was thinking...since I am hypothyroid i think I will just ask my doc to give me a script for T3.

Do I need to tapper off the T3? I've read that you don't need to for the Clen .
What are the side for T3? How should I know how much to start, when to increase and whats the max?

I have spent all week reading the threads. All the sides I read about are for clen , all the doses are from men, Some say start no less than 50mcg, other list their starting dose at 25mcg. When a female has listed her purposed cycle dosage and asked for input, no one has. Your the first person I saw that said to take Keto the entire time and not just every 3rd week.

With T3, start at 25mcg. Bump to 50mcg if you want more. You can't OD on T3, so just listen to your body.

Also, the results from T3 have a weird way of sneaking up on you. Sometimes you may feel like it isn't working, then you'll just lose 5-10 lbs in a few weeks for no apparent reason.
The main side effect you'll notice (if using too much), is a flatness in your muscles from glycogen depletion. This is when you go catabolic, as your body will use your muscles as a source of energy once you are glycogen/glucose depleted.

If that happens, I should lower my dose or eat more carbs? When I was weight training and doing triathlons I had to worry about this happening naturally, I read that this would happen unless I made sure to eat a carb source when on long runs or biking long distances to keep my "fuel" levels up and not allow my muscles to be used as the fuel source.
