I'm not sure that you fully understand my situation. Either that or I don't understand what you're trying to say. That was just a summery of a reasonable diet plan suited for a super ectomorph like myself. My protein intake is much higher than 1.5grams for each 1lb of body weight - 170 was to say the least. And yes, cheeseburgers are a smart part of it. I've gained about 15 pounds with a 6 week cycle and I'm just as slim as ever. Did you read my last post? I'm sure there are things that can be tweaked, but things seem to be working for me so far. I admit I started doing this before I understood it completely...I can't change that.
Anyway thanks for for not telling me what you think I should be doing differently with my diet and just making smart ass comments. Have a nice day.
