Smile First Cycle ~ Running Test E

Obviously before running a cycle of Test you want to have your AI and PCT already in hand, just to be on the safe side. I was just wondering if there was any other preventative measure one might want to take before embarking on their first cycle. Also I can’t seem to grasp the concept of dosing. How does one determine how much Test E to inject? And will this be an EOD injection or once a week? Also I would like to point out that I am only asking these questions out of pure curiosity, to quench my never ending thirst for knowledge. So I wont be giving my measurements, I just want to learn as much as possible about Test E.

I appreciate any and all help.

There's millions of threads and readings you can find on here about Test E. Apart from your AI's and SERMs you can also look into HCG . Not really understanding you about not being able to grasp the concept of dosing??? It's a pretty simple concept... If you have read anything about Test E you'll know that it's not a short ester so it's not necessary to pin EOD. Dosages vary depending on the individual and experience.

What is the injection pain like? Also what are the chances of making it through a 12 week cycle without needing an AI. I've heard so much different crap on AI I just want a straight answer as to wether you just take an AI throughout a cycle or would simply taking the AI when Gyno pops up be just as affective and cease taking the AI when symptoms go away. I'm guessing this all depends on your sensitivity to test.

What I've gathered from this site:

Nolva for gyno problems. Start your AI at around week 2-3 starting at .25mL EOD. I think(could not be exactly right) you should just take your AI as a preventative thing no matter what.

Nolva/Clomid is used for PCT, not during cycle. AI should start the day of first pin and can be adjusted throughout cycle depending on your estrogen levels. .25mg EOD should suffice, you can always adjust.

Yes, I know proper pct lol. However, many use nolva to treat gyno that they get on cycle. But gyno should not occur if you are running an AI. And I guess question for myself.. Why start the AI right away when test e takes 2 weeks to start releasing the hormone? I feel like this would be a waste?

It's not a matter of fear, while I appreciate your input I clearly stated I'm only here to inform myself. Please visit my thread again if you have any information you would like to share about Test E.

That was my first cycle as well. I was 5'5 185-190 before I jumped on it though, and strong, although not very lean. I ran 250mg 2x a week. I had adex on hand but never needed to use it. PCT was Nolva/Clomid. Just a note to you - I drove my self crazy worrying about gyno checking my self constantly that i made my self sore and started PMing all the vets and mods. Dont do it to your self buddy.

For first cycle individuals it's best to start on first pin. Being your first cycle you don't know if you are gyno prone or how your body will react, taking AI on the first pin is more of a better safe then sorry. There is no need to wait around for signs of gyno, why not just take the preventative measures. Also just because you don't feel gyno doesn't necessarily mean that your estrogen levels arn't at a dangers number. If you do happen to be gyno prone you will be glad you started your AI from the start rather then combating an up hill battle.

Oh ok thanks. Makes sense, glad I read that now before I start my cycle.
