    New, need some insight!

So I am fairly new in weight lifting. On and off for around 1 year, (more off than on) I recently started back with a new found motivation to make this the year I become the man I want to see in the mirror.

I have been back in the gym 4-5 days a week for the past 4-5 weeks. Recently I paid a nutritionist for a lean muscle gain diet, which i have been following 90% for the past couple weeks. I am a pretty lean 26 year old guy standing 5'10'' 165lbs give or take a few with approx. 10-11% body fat. I am not as much concerned with what I weigh as much as how I look but I would say that look would probably be around 190lbs.

I talked to my nutritionist, also a body builder himself, about getting a cycle. The gear i was told to get is Test cypionate ,enanthate , trembolone, and Jintropin HGH.

Does this sound legit? how much should I expect to spend? etc...

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Any gear history? Because that shit is crazy. Most guys are going advise you to lift for a few more years. You need a solid foundation to build upon. If you're still new to lifting and with that diet, you will grow like you're on gear. Take advantage of it while it lasts, then think about gear. If you're going to do it regardless, just run the test c for poops sake.

The verdict: Lift and diet for another few years and you'll grow like crazy. If you are hell bent on running a cycle, please just run the test c or e. nothing else. Don't listen to your trainer. He's insane for suggesting that to you.

    Ok.

With my diet and work out alone what kind of gains should I see? I have a high metabolism and it just seems like im running in place. The last time I was weighed and measured by my nutritionist I had actually lost 3lbs since my initial weigh in. All measurements were about the same except I lost about 1" in my waist.

Well to gain weight you need to be eating at least 500 cal over your "maintenance" calorie limit. With a correct diet that I'm sure he can put you on that leaves you with an excess of calories a day you can bulk up pretty quickly considering you're also lifting heavy. You seem to have the diet part down, just make it a bulk. What's your lifting like?

I just break it down to Legs,Chest, shoulders, Back, Arms. One per day with some Abs mixed in. around 3-5 variations of exercises per group at 3 sets with weight heavy enough to only push out 8-10 reps per set.

Sounds decent enough. Bump those calories up and keep your protein up and see if you start gaining!

Agree 100% try the diet out a bit longer. Keep bumping up the cals till you hit that sweet spot and thers no reason you cant make decent gains without the use of aas at this stage
