What's good places to get your syringes, the site I use to use has gotten alot of bad reps here lately. Not sure if this falls under source asking so if it does let me know and I will remove ASAP.

depends on your states /province individual laws, most places don't require you to have a Rx, so you can google a hundred supply companies and have them delivered

Some yes some no. I went to walgreens and got 25 no problem. When I went back for more they were out,went to another walgreens 2 miles down the road and got all kinds of dirty looks from an old lady behind the counter. She said I had to be rgistered as a diabetic with them. I just walked out. Not worth teaching her a lesson in law. In TX you HAVE to sell it. Law passed to prevent people from sharing needles, regardless of the purpose.

Huge selection and i got them within 3 days. Depending on your state you can get them easy

walgreens has their own policy and are a pain in the ass. I am a diabetic and get my slin from them. They still give me a hard time. I called the manager and complained and he apologized and said the girl went to far and she admitted to him. He said the issue they had was customer were complaining because they would find used pins in the bathroom of the store or parking lot.

This is pretty sad considering a "fit pack" as they call junkie pins are way different to a slin pin or the pins we use for IM

I see people shoot up on that tv show Intervention on a regular basis. They all use standard insulin syringes for the most part. There is no difference between the syringes we use and the ones junkies use except what we put inside them.

I'll tell you from experience they are different but yes you can use a slin pin to get junkified...... I've been around lol seen/done a lot of bad things

yup any nurse practitioner can. Thats why alot of dr's offices have them now instead of multiple Doctors.

technically yes. They are supposed to be supervised by the doctor in the office. I had them right me pain killers, my test for trt. There hansnt been anything i couldnt get her to right me.

but it has to be a nurse practitioner not just any nurse.

I'm in California. Went to the Target pharmacy yesterday and asked for some diabetic syringes. The clerk loudlly announced for everyone to hear, "where's your prescription". I told her that I had no idea you needed a prescription? The pharmacist behind the couter glared at me as though I was drugee, also announcing, "Yeah, you need a px". Immediately after picking off of the floor, what little pride I had left, I exited the store. (Humiliating). Wish I would have known before!

A nurse practitioner is a much higher level of healthcare provider than an RN (they run their own office practice). They're equivalent in education to a physician's assistant and function with more autonomy. But good luck getting one to risk her career for you.

I was with a nurse last night, I had a nurse stitch me up last week, then took blood a few days later so I could send it off, but here they no power to perscribe anything and majority are under 27yr old, they move on as they get older into psych etc or get out of it when they realise it a thankless job here for crap money, although that isnt to say that stuff dosnt go missing from the hospital stores or pharmacy etc every now and again, few tabs here and there, majority of Dublins more exotic and rare meds which I cant really discuss here, are aquired by that means..........

i married a nurse....my mistake...but my friend is a nurse prac... p/a. and my primary! holy shit! i have to be careful ,she is willing to hand out meds like crazy...dont need that in my life anymore but nice to have a good trt and any bw or whatever without question!
