I cycled in 05 when i lived in GA, I moved to Long Island NY last year and I"m looking for some help in getting back in shape and cycling.

Don't believe I ask for a source, I have my own,,,,, I belong to a gym, and I'm an ultra cyclist with two bike.
SO Im just looking for friends on Long Island.....
