I have only taken milk thistle and levels came back good. I just did only what the bottle said at max dosage. And this was after a poorly and I'll admit, semi-addictive liquid clen cycle.

Is Liv 52 sold over the counter? Can you take Milk Thistle and Liv 52 at the same time for better support?

Milk Thistle does not do what you think it does. Research MT before you take it.

Gixx.. How many tablets of liv52 per day do you take??

I was kinda surprised to see the bottle recommend taking 6 to 9 tablets per day.

I was wondering if thats really needed or perhaps the company that makes it just wants you taking more then necessary!! 9 tabs per day seems like alot.

^ I would also like to know.

I was considering MT but it just didn't sound very promising.

NAC is probably the most important supp for liver support.

Just my 2 cents, according to liver specialist Dr rashad kakoo nothing should be taken.....anything that gets put in the body has to be clean and de toxified by the liver, the best is nothing and water? I may have the first name wrong but she is a pronounced liver specialist......one of the best.

    Yeeeaaaahhh...
but your liver needs glutathione to function, and this stuff doesn't just spontaneously generate. It requires nutrients like NAC.
Should we stop eating as well, since that also has to be detoxified by the liver?

What would you suggest as a good forever kind of supplement?

I don't take orals but if it helps it helps.

Like I said earlier, NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) is good stuff.
