    Talking Low Dose DNP

Hello all; new to the forums and a virgin when it comes to gear. Not planning on using for atleast some years to come. My question was about DNP. I did some research and found most people suggest 200mg caps for the first 4-6 days followed by the rest of the two weeks at 400-600mg. I only have access to 250mg caps (I don't want to risk buying caps and trying to measure it perfectly myself) but was wondering if anyone here had experience with a constant low dose cycle. Something like 250mg a day for 3 weeks with no increase in dosage.

Reason I ask is I want to avoid the more noticeable (to other people) sides such as the profuse yellow sweat and yellow tint in the eyes. From what I've been reading low dose cycles are still very effective but have minimal sides (problem is none of them define minimal.) Planning to go 50/30/20 (carbs/protein/fat) due to a large number of people saying a high number of carbs need to be consumed in order to reap the effects. Also, I'm currently 20 years old, 180lbs, and 17% bodyfat (I know alot of people will be angry that I want to use DNP to cut 15-20 pounds for roughly 10% but it seems rather inefficient not to.) Just giving a little background in case it ends up being relevant.

Sorry about the long post but basically just want to know what sides should I expect at 250mg constantly through a 2-3 week time period and the results I should be seeing in case anyone here has tried it.

Dont do it buddy, Its not worth it. I hate writing R.I.P. Seasoned pros have died using it, u are new to it. All it takes is one wrong dose and you'll become another story to tell newbies why not to do DNP.

Safer method = eat good I can cut that in a month just with walking and adjusting diet, it's just too simple I don't understand why people don't understand that diet can do pretty much everything. Especially that young unless you have some thyroid problem or something then you should get help from your gp

if you really are determined to use it bro be prepared for hell. From what ive heard its horrible. You will wake up in the morning in pools of sweat. You will have trouble sleeping, perhaps cramping aswell so make sure you are drinking TONS of water to stay hydrated. DNP is pretty serious although just like anything dont abuse it and you will be fine. Stick at 250mg. I know guys who have run 500mg without any issues. You will also be craving lots of carbs on it/ look very flat some people have reported not even looking like they lift while on it. But after a carb up you will be fine.

DNP is the most dangerous substance a lifter can use, period.

It is not produced for human use, thus highly toxic, very detrimental to human health, it will even alter your DNA.

There are so many human grade options out there for accelerating the cutting process, why not give them a try and instead use a pure toxin that has even been used as an explosive ( it was an alternative to TNT).

What happened to using a good old ECA stack? Not strong enough for you? Then add Clen to that stack and see what happens.

    thanks for the replies guys

All it takes is one wrong dose for practically any medication to become a story. I understand it takes 3-4 days for the feeling to kick in and I will be staying at 250mg even if after the 4 days it feels like its just a placebo. I'll be checking my temperature every 2.5 hours and I have an antihistamine available in case I develop a rash. The deaths that occur on DNP appear to be a product of high dose inferno cycles (the seasoned pros), taking more than whats planned because of the days it takes before it kicks in (newbies that don't think its working), or from not responding appropriately when an allergic reaction becomes apparent. The ld50 for it appears to be around .1-.2 with alcohol being comparable at .1. The only difference is people have been accustomed to the use of alcohol all their lives (and still people end up dying or needing their stomachs pumped) where DNP isn't something the majority of the population does.

How do you manage to safely and naturally cut 4-5 pounds a week? Thats a weekly 14000 calorie deficit and 2% drop of my bodyweight. Also, if I had a thyroid problem I wouldn't look at DNP to begin with.

And leather, I've read about all those effects but do you know anyone who has stayed with 250mg after the first few days? Just wondering how severe the sides are at that low dose.

EDIT: Your post wasn't up yet Juicer when I replied but like you said eca doesn't seem as strong as I'd like and clen worries me alot more than dnp does (the long term cardiac effects). Also wondering if you have a citation for the altered DNA. I've looked for it for a while now and all I can find are studies where radioactive chemicals were used in conjunction with DNP for the altered DNA or studies with a completely different DNP (deoxyribonucleicproteins) being altered. Doesn't matter if its produced for human use or not; its the same molecule. Nitroglycerin (TNT in itself) is still used for heart conditions anyways.

you do realise that if your diet currently led you to 180lbs @ 17% then you will inevitably return to this when you re-adopt your bad eating habits and lack of cardio

you can say all day it wont, but lets call a spade a spade, it will, if you cant get it sorted now, do a little cardio etc then your going to be looking at dnp every summer, do you want that?

why not just get some nice eca and clen as was already suggested, a little hard work and then reap the benefits long term because you have learned to maintain a good diet and actually performed some cardio,

dont try say your diet is good now, you do enough cardio etc, it clearly isnt going by your stats

why are you afraid of a little hard work?

    just my .02

best of luck whatever you choose

I'm staunchly anti-poison, which is what DNP is.
However, I outline not only its dangers and hazards, but for the determined soon-to-be user its benefits and cautions.

Best of luck OP.. You must really trust your source considering 1 miscalculation on his part while filling the caps can end your life.

Not buying them from the surface. Have bought plenty of other fun stuff before I started bb as a hobby and I have yet to experience anything below top quality. Also getting 40 of them so will open one anyways and measure it on a small scale. (Also something I practiced before I got interested in bb)

I feel my diet is fine right now; not optimal but steadily working towards my goals. I have been bulking for almost nine months now during which I went from 153 (12%) to 180 (17%). Also, didn't mention it before but I'm only 5'7 so I do see a nice change despite the fat I have put on.

I read through the article you posted; while I disagree with some of it, (mostly about the definition of d and the negative stigma of using p. Also a bit confused about how you said its not a participant of the nfl resulting in a rebound) it was a good read and I will sleep on it for a couple days.

I also gave c a second look and saw the heart problems stemmed from too high of a dose (not in humans anyways.) The main part that draws me away from c and e and c is the lack of information about the results. I have read some guides but have yet to see just what kind of numbers c in conjunction with e and c can have with a solid diet. I would appreciate it if someone could put up a magic blue set of words to a relevant log or information which discusses it. Also was wondering if even the small amounts of c can cause changes in blood pressure is it really safe to use in conjunction with e and caff?

Sorry about how stupid this reply sounds; the filters hard to pass.

    Thanks for the input guys
