    Help with first time winstrol use , to help tight and burn fat

    Hi, im currently working out, on a diet.. This would be my first anabolic treatment, i woould like to start with winstrol , what do you guys recomend, am 5'9 currently 217lbs.

    what is your bodyfat? i assume well over 15% at that height/weight and being your first time using AAS, correct?

    winny will do nothing for you if my assumptions on your composition is correct

    what are the macros of your diet and what type/how long of cardio do you preform?

    all is not lost though, you could look into eca, albuterol or clenbeutrol, these are proven to aid in cutting when combined with sufficient cardio and calorie deficit

    Thanks for the response,, yes is my first time... My body fat is 24%. Im doing the high protein low carb diet, i do 30 mins of cardio daily followed by 45 mins of weight lift.... I must add. I started at 238lbs with a bf of 29%.. In 3 months i went down to 217-current... Now im looking for that extra push with out going straight to something like say, test or tren . Like my friends are suggesting.. Thanks.

    but how much high protein and low carb? and how many calories daily? this is the key

    well I stand by my statement that winny will do virtually nothing for you at the moment, test and tren will be of no help either

    Look into the eca, albuterol, clenbeutrol like I suggested, this is your best way forward if you want to use something

    Is it possible for you to preform your cardio in the am on a empty stomach? i.e. 45minute jog straight when you get out of bed, 5 days a week? this is argueably the most effective method for you at your current stats

    I was @ about your same stats just @ a lower weight and height. Currently 192 from 218 and started @ a 27%BF. I've been carb cycling. Keep up the diet but definitely figure your TDEe and work out your macros. Hit the diet section. I like ECA for when I plateau and hit that week where it doesn't seem like the scale or tape is moving. Keep it up and you will get where you want to be in no time.

    Keep up the diet and cardio bro. Then if you want to cycle come on back. The diet section has a lot of info on what foods we think are low GI which really are not. So much info over there.

    Winny will do nothing for you if you have high bf imo.

    how true is that?

    I've heard both sides of argument plenty of times. Why/how would it work? Body using energy from fat? Or is it because your test is at its highest in the AM and will garner better results???
