Sharps??

What do you guy's (& gals) do with your used sharps? I dont really wanna just throw them in the garbage but if I have to they would be sealed & accident proof of course. What do you do?

Put them in an empty protein container. Tape the top throw out.

i used to just take them back to the needle exchange but iam from the uk

You can buy sharps containers online and drop them off at a hospital (or health clinic, fire station, etc) when full.

The fire station would actually be the easiest, since they are scattered everywhere. I'd just drop it off by the back door, rather than have to explain why you have a container full of 23g needles. They will have some sort of biohazard dumpster in the engine bay that it will go into (along with all the sharps containers that get filled by their paramedics).

So dont get up tight when you find dirty pin where you walk with no shoes ... Get a sharps follow instructions dont be dirty like other tool sheds out there and do the right thing for everyone...


And just look at it this way either with or without bleach do you want to be on the other end of that when someone gets stuck??? I always look at the flip side of things with everything...

in my country, trash is collected and sent to the incinerator daily. there is no in-between and no land-fills. it's rather unlikely for sealed tubs to be found and opened in an area where people walk barefoot. the beach?

I take it you never been to dirty jerz lol. And no i am not from that area. Garbage is nothing like that in the US as it is over there..
