Take a shower and leave the gear in there as you shower. Then roll the bottle in your hands afterwards. Should be fine.

Just put it in hot water. I run hot water in a pan then place it on stove and turn burner on high just about when it starts to boil the water in the vial is about 115°f or so, then by the time I get it in the pin and in my body its just slightly above body temp.

Things to note, You can just use hot tap water it will just take a few minutes to get it up to temp. No need for a vent pin ever when heating AAS as long as there is air space to allow expansion there will never be a problem with pressure. Do NOT use a microwave oven this can destroy the hormone and is very dangerous to boot. Make sure its not too hot before injecting LOL.

    Enjoy,

This is what I do now.
I used to heat water in a cup in the microwave, then steep the vial in the water prior to drawing. But I now see that as a hassle.

warm the syringe with hot water in the sink, but make sure to (re)sterilize the pin following this. unlike boiled water, hot tap water can contain significant bacteria
