Probably a stupid question but could I take clen with me overseas. It'd be like the same thing as taking Nolva or clomid since there not illegal not actual steroids. I'm also not literally taking it into the plane with me I mean just in my luggage.

Probably wouldn't risk it. You need to know the laws of the country you are in currently and the laws of the country you are going to.

Dont risk it. Why not wait till you get back or try to find a source that can ship abroad?
It's not uncommon for TSA to question medications.
