    Looking to get leaner and more tone

    This is my second cycle and I started a little basic on the first, I did sus 250 and winny 75, but due to my work and travel it was hard to maintain and keep it going but it looks like I will have some time and am looking to get leaner and more tone. Any suggestions on what I should get and how much I should do? I am experienced on diet and workout just not do much on the mixtures, everyone I know is trying to get hull big and I'm not looking for that. I'm already 5,11 215 and roughly around 15% bf.

    I'm assuming you mean teen a/test e right? How much of each per week? I have never taken tren , I'm a little off on how mug ad how often

    Test/winny could be a decent choice but the effects of winny are not "fat loss" as a lot of people belive, it is more of a hardening compound which is much more effective when you are already sub 10% bf.

    A Test/Var combo could be a good option and a personal favourite as it is with a lot of people I know, thats if you can afford a decent dose of var

    what about: test by itself, along with training and a proper cutting or bulking diet (depends on your goal)?

    Var 60-80mgs a day for 7-8 weeks. Then Clomid 100mgs a day for 10-14 days. Keep it simple. No need to do 2-3 different compounds. Nothing leans you out like Anavar .

    Agreed. With proper diet you can easily drop to 10% or below especially with the use of clen . Then you can run a bulk or whatever you want without having been shut down and having to wait for PCT plus time off.

    Even on cycle you'll have to run a calorie deficit to get leaner!
