First cycle, what do you guys reckon?

Hi

I decided last year that I was ready to start my first cycle but after going on some forums I realised i had some more natural muscle to add first.

I would say im pretty close to about my personal limit for age, experience etc so will be running a cycle in 3 months time.
Stats are

Age - 30
Lifting - 5 years
Height - 172cm
Weight - 80kg
Bodyfat - 14% (Have been bulking so lil extra)

Will train Mondays, Tuesdays, off Wednesday, train Thursday & Friday with weekend to rest.
I have pretty good knowledge of diet and training plans-

I have a buddy who has quite a bit of experience in doing cycles, he has had a lot of success with his and has helped me work out a plan to help me go that next level in size and strength.

This is it...

Week 1 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta
Week 2 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta
Week 3 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta
Week 4 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta
Week 5 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta
Week 6 2ml Deca and 2ml of Susta
Week 7 2ml Deca and 2ml of Susta
Week 8 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta
Week 9 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta - Chlomid, 1 capsule a day (7 per week)
Week 10 1ml Deca and 1ml of Susta - Chlomid, 1 capsule a day (7 per week)
Week 11 Chlomid, 1 capsule a day (7 per week)
Week 12 Chlomid, 1 capsule a day (7 per week)

I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about trying more than 1 on my first cycle but have hears from guys at the gym that it also ok if the doses are not so high so will probably go with both.

Anyway, be good to hear what you all think.

dont know who outlined that cycle but the dosing is poor at best

pct is poor and start time is wrong

consider running test e

12 weeks

500mg week

pct 14 days after last pin

nolva/clomid

40/40/20/20 50/50/25/25

use armidex or aromasin on cycle as an a.i.

.25mg eod or 12.5mg eod (doses can be tweaked but i advise assuming you are using pharm, it is impratical to use anything other than these dose with pharm)

your diet determines gaiins, do you intake 300g protein and 3500ish cals daily? you need to if you want mass

i advise to cut your b/f as much as possible between now and first pin

And i strongly believe that cycle is poor for a first just run a test like what was mentioned.. It will save you cash as well at the end..

100mg gives diminished results over 50mg, mg for mg

it has more chances of sides

personally i would run 100mg with a 19nor and or orals

simple test cycle then 50mg will suffice i.m.o

there is other methods that dont even use clomid which are effective, we wont go into this but basically 50mg is fine for his cycle, not worth the risk of sides for minimal if any reward from higher dose

hahah Just let it ride with the basics to your theory..

I will have to agree with Dan choice 500mg test.

In addition, injections should be every 3.5 days.
