    Anavar

I have just started training never done it before.
But would like to obviously gain size etc.

I have done some research on anabolics and decided I would like to do a cycle of anavar . Was wondering what advice anyone had on it. I didn't want to do anything stronger as side effects etc.
With the right diet and training would anavar boost my size?

    I'm 26

    Weigh 13 stone.
    Hight 6 ft

    Never trained before !!

    you never trained?

    seriously?

    this may sound harsh

but why the fvck do you think you need steroids , you dont even train

    start fvcking training

hit the nutrition a d workout sections

steroids will do jack shit if you dont know how to lift

thats like putting a woman on a turbo zx10r

it be like a 125 because she hasnt a fvcking clue what she doing, and prob end up doing more harm than good

I appreciate what your saying. But I'm 1 of those people who if I don't see results quickly I give up.
I've got someone experienced to train with and knows about the right diet. But was thinking anavar might give me that edge and slightly quicker result. Sorry when i said inever trained I meant have but this time it will be consistent.

Bro I cant even believe you come on here with that crap.Do you think getting big is a easy thing? Well let me explain it to you if it was easy everyone would look like J Cutler. But its lazy people like you who think everything should be handed to them.AAs will do nothing for people who have no heart to work for something.

I hear you man, but you will get results F**ing quick if you eat right and train. Talk to a trainer or someone at your local gym and they will help you develop a diet and weight program to assess your goals. Go to the nutrition section on here and you will find something way more helpful than screwing up your hormone levels right now. you will get results. And once you reach your peak, then you can talk about aas. That's what they are used for, to get that boost you can't get through diet and training. Give it time and don't do anything stupid like getting into aas before you have had significant experience. If you actually new how aas worked, you would realize that it takes a lot more than just popping pill or injecting. Do some research. It takes work either way.

Thanks really appreciate your advice. Obviously the food and training is key. I think I'll try it like that and hopefully I'll see the results. Thanks again.

This is what you need to do Kurt:

Figure out EXACTLY what your goal is.
Go to the nutrition forum FIRST, and ask the pro's there what diet you need to be on to reach that goal.
Then hit up the training forum and ask for a good beginner workout routine.

I promise, this will get you there faster. AAS will only cause damage with folks at your level, especially with the impatient.

To be completely honest, you will probably have to work on your mind before you even work your body. Saying things like "If I dont see quick results I just give up" -- is disastrous not only to your health, but everything else you do.

No offence, but thank God you don't work for me

I started training a mate of mine recently with the main focus on his diet and he gained 12kg in about 4 months naturally. If you get your diet right and youre new to training then steroid like gains are possible naturally.

@Danb hey man I know where you are coming from just thought you may have missed one thing... He is STARTING training not that he isnt going to train and take them. I know it doesnt make one bit of difference to if he should be cycling but thought i should clear that up, this wont be a piss take I see guys like this all the time

If you have never trained before and begin working out with steroids off the bat your going to rupture a tendon/ligament. What my less patient friends here are trying to tell you is that there is a reason why people are supposed to have 4-5 yrs workout experience before trying AAS. In that 4-5yrs time you strengthen not only your muscles but also the connective tissue. After you have reached a natural plateu, your connective tissue is strong enough to handle the stress that AAS places on them.

Bro, seriously, listen to what people have said on this thread. Looking at your stats your only 13 stone, for 6ft thats not much.

It seems you not only dont like putting the effort into training hard before going to juice, you cant even research yourself what properties Anavar has....Anavar and "boost my size" lol. I don't think anyone uses Anavar to "boost" their size.

Training isnt easy, and juice is nothing without hard work.

Sorry to be so harsh but its people like you who give juice a bad rap! Dont eat or train right...get a load of sides...then blame the juice...and we all have to 'suffer' from the negative stigma!

People may sound harsh, but their talking from experience, something which you've admitted, you don't have...Anyway start training...etc
