Not sure if gyno, or just estrogen sensitivity?

I'm 15 days into my sus 250 at 500mg a week cycle and I've noticed my nipples getting sensitive, mostly when my t-shirt rubs them, they are not sore to touch or anything else just a little sensitive to rub. I've always been able to feel small glands under my nipples and I'm pretty sure they are the same. Now I've heard that the estrogen can cause sensitivity without it being gyno. I'm just worried I'll start my nolva for no reason but I'm also worried not to start haha.. SO is there a better way to tell and at which definitive point of KNOWNING its gyno can I start nolva and still be ok to get ride of it. I've also started 25mgs proviron ED but maybe I will up to 50mg to help keep the chances of gyno away. Any help is appreciated guys!

Read Swifto's sticky on AI's first. Nolva is a serm, not an AI. It won't lower your estrogen level just block it from chest receptors. it can help with gyno but during cycle you need an AI. Keep your nolva for pct if possible. You do have what you need for pct, right? Proviron can/will help as it prevents E from forming in the first place.

Ya I have everything for my PCT, I know I should probably use clomid+ Nolva but Im going to run a Nolva only PCT 40/40/20/20.. I understand that nolva wont reverse anything but the "signs" (might just be in my head, its only slight sensitivity) are early so should I take nolva at 20mg ed for a week? My Adex will be here in a couple days then I will stop taking the nolva and then use adex .5 for a week the .25 for the rest of cycle with pro at 50mg ED.. Does this sound like a good idea? Or should I wait for some more definite signs?? Still no tenderness only small amount of sensitivity.

If your adex will be in within a couple days, I'd just wait. Your talking EOD with adex right? And Nolva can have positive effects on fresh gyno...

Ya I'm suppose to have my adex on Tuesday. I was going to go 1mg of adex for the first couple days and then go to .25ED for the remainder of cycle (10 more weeks). I have never used adex so any insight you could give me on this would be a big help, not sure if EOD is the way to go or ED. And I read .25mg on cycle is enough to control gyno? Yesterday when I noticed the sensitivity hadn't gone away after 2 days I started 20mg of Nolva. 10mg in AM and 10mg in PM. My logic was to stop the estrogen from causing anymore and then when adex gets here use it to control the estro in my system, kinda like a fresh start haha. But again, my first cycle and I'm here to learn. I've already read so much and you really cant learn everything so this is a learning experience.

I don't think you need to front-load the adex. Going with .25 EOD will be just fine, not everyday. Adex has a half-life of 46 hrs so it's not needed daily. Save your money there. Plus, you don't want to crash your E. Been there, no fun, avoid it. Crashed E is just as bad as high E. Very similar symptoms. You may want to consider something like www.privatemedlabs.com and get a sensitive E test. Not that expensive to do.. Good luck Newgu!

And the Nolva? Keep doing what I was planning or do you think just the adex in a couple days? I have plenty of Nolva for just incase so unless there is a negative to taking 20mg ED for a week?

I recon run the nolva for a week if you like I dont see the harm and incase your gyno is flaring up it should hold it back till the adex starts doing its job.

Like Bulkn said, the nolva won't hurt you. Just get on the adex asap.

Awesome, guess I'll just hit the nolva until adex, the symptoms arent bad or visible so the nolva should hold it from progressing right? and then the adex will stop the cause? I'm just gonna take your advice and stop stressing, I've been freaking myself out over a little nipple sensitivity haha.. Thanks again guys! big relief!

I had the same thing (sore nips), been hitting stane for a week now and about 95% has cleared up, so just relax and hit your IA and it should clear up in a little while.

I took nolva at 40mg for 5 days and haven't felt any soreness since. I've since started my AI so everything is good! Thank guys!
