Start doing some mma cardio and get your BF% under 15. I've seen the way those guys train. You can probably be there Ina month or 2. Then take a look in the mirror and ask yourself what's next? You may still decide to cycle and you may not. But have a goal in mind.
Agree cardio get body fat down.One thing you don't want to take is tren if your cinnamon be doing cardio. I'm on tren rt now and i get winded very easily.
Truthfully. With your current size it sounds like you'd be a handful if you fight at 185. Cardio and diet will get you down to your goal weight and high rep sets should give you muscle you are looking for. But if you still plan on doing it and this is your first ever cycle then stuck with a single compound such as test E or CYP.
Have you thought about a simple Clen one week on, one with off style cycle, with ECA on the weeks in between.
It'll get you cut without the use of AAS.
But first, sort the diet, start the cardio.
No prob. Just stay with it and train hard. Through up som before and after shots so we can see ur progress.

Increase dose by 20mcg a day, don't go straight to your maximum dose.
I did one week on, one week off, had shaky hands on days 3 and 4, then I was grand.
Keep your water high, and take a potassium and taurine supplement. (I drank sugar free Redbull for its caffine and taurine).
The only thing they will really help with is recovery and salvaging some muscle. If you want to train seriously you will be doing a shitload of cardio/Hiit, and starving yourself to cut for fights. So increased muscle mass isnt really a goal. If Your 195 at 20% you could fight at 170 or even 155.
