Hcg question...

Ok, sorry guys i have read up alot about everything the last few months learned i did my last cycle COMPLETLY wrong and will be starting one soon with an a.i and proper pct... But i cannot get hcg and no one from the gym takes it. scary i know. i do know department stores like walmart (U.S.) sell a few different oral brands, is this the same as the injectables? sorry if its a ridiculous awnser i just know some members know quite a bit and have taught me alot on here. Thanks guys.

But there is a lot of good advice in other tips to get big. Ie: diet, lifting, supplements, etc.

No all those over the counter HCG items are fake..... You can find them all over ebay, amazon etc too.. they are garbage.. Just read the labels.. They won't do anything for you...

Awesome thanks i figured they were.. I already got the advice about my cycle on here. Ill make sure i get the real deal before starting my cycle.
