the only hcg i can get hold of are those glass ampules, with 5000iu each how would you go about taking it, if you only want to use 250iu eod

Google reconstituting hcg . You will need a sterile vial. It all depends on how much bac stat water you use.

There is exactly 20 250iu doses in your 5000 iu vial. So however much bac water you put in just divide that by 20 and you'll know the volume of your resulting fluid you will need to draw for each 250 iu dose.

Example. If you put in 5ml of bac water your doses will be 0.25 ML, or 25 fluid IU's on you insulin needle. The 25 fluid iu's will be 250 iu's of HCG .

If what i said doesn't make sense just read up on it. There's youtube video's also explaining it. Its simple math. Just make sure to get it rite....

Just remember, the iu markings on your insulin needle each represent 1/100th of a ML.

If you mixed two cc's bac h2o with the hcg and put it into a seperate vial you now have a 30 day supply that you need to refrigerate. After 30 days you need to discard. If you mixed your hcg with two cc's bac then you measure 10 on a u100 slin pin to get 250 ius. Make sure you pay attention to what ratio you mix it and what you are drawing out to use. If you're taking HCG during your cycle a couple of times a week is enough. Taking too much HCG can give anabolic results, though mildly.
