Is my test prop ok to use? Out of date in 2013 but want to use in January-March 2013

So the test prop I have is made in 2010 and out of date in 2013. I gives no info other than this.

Would I be ok to use it for 10 weeks next year, January to March 2013?

Also how to store properly to ensure it keeps well, no more than certain temp? no less? avoid temp fluctuation?

Yeah man I was worried it would start to degrade throughout 2013 as it's been sitting in my room with a fluctuating temperature depending on the weather.

Just keep it in a drawer or in the closet.

Is there any temperature range to keep it in?, I have no air-con in my house so it gets really hot during summer and really cold in winter.
