confused big time
Hey whats up everybody,
Im very confused about what type of cycle i should do. I was told by a friend to do sus 250 nd do it mon and thurs for 10 weeks with a pct of nolvedex and clomid. Then i was told from another friend to do anavar , supposible its one of the healthiest cycles to take but i also heard it makes ur nuts the size of raisens. I need someones opinion on this, Ive been working out for over a year now. I would like to get 5 days a week of workouts but sometimes i do 3. I weigh 154 and im 5'6 not sure what my body fat is tho i would guess 5% body fat. im welcome to everyones opinions. thanx

oh and idk if anyone knows what dianavar was but i took that like 4 months ago but i half ass it and didnt do a pct i jus took liver support lol i didnt kno much about it

I think you should wait. It's a little early for you. At 21 years old you can do more harm than good. 5% is competition BF. What are your goals? I wish I was 21. That would give me 4 years to become a beast naturally. Then at 25, you can start thinking of AAS to go beyond your natural limits. Just think, you will have 4 years of diet and training and more importantly, 4 years of research knowledge.

looking riped as shit and decently big but not bulky i dont wanna have muscle that looks like waterweight i want to see those nice cuts

It would really help if you could figure out your actual BF%. You can post a pic for an estimate. If you cant see your abs, you are not remotely close to 5%.
I'm not going to recommend AAS as that really wont help you. 2 things have everything to do with the way you will reach your goal. Diet and Workout Routine. You can use all the AAS in the world, but if your diet inst on point, you will never reach your goals. You should post your diet (Exactly what you eat hour by hour from wake up to bed) in the nutrition forum for some critique and recommendations. Do the same in the workout routine forums.
