    Dosage drop?

    Ok so I started my cycle with

    600mg of test e ew for 12 weeks
    400mg of tren e ew for 10 weeks

    I started off at 215 pounds and about 12% bf

    I'm going to take my 4th inj. today and I'm already at 230lbs and 10%

    I've already got people asking questions at work, I don't want to get to big, my question is does anyone think that dropping my test e dosage to 300 and keeping the tren at 400 would create any sort of issues medically and allow me to "harden" up without gaining to much mass?

    I hope this isnt your first cycle. That said...

    Test should be fine between 300 and 500mg /week. I wouldnt run Tren for 10 weeks, however. You should stop at 7.

    I run tren higher than test. Some might disagree.

    gains will be mainly determined by diet, cut cals to maintenence or lower and run a ''cutting'' cycle, its the right time of year for it too........

    my bad just seen your already dropping fat, if you dont want more weight gain/less b/f then why even bother continueing the cycle?

    u can run ur test lower than tren without issues.

    but as u stated. u dont want to get to big. just stop the cycle?

    also u said 4th injection?

    i assume ur pinning once a week so week 4?

    usually u pin twice a week with those compounds so its only ur 2nd week ?

    which one is it ? week 2 or 4?


    there are great gains in little time regardless though

    Ok, I'm gonna try and answer all three in one post, it's my 3rd cycle in about 6 years. I started off at 6ft 160 lbs when I was 21. Took my second cycle when I was 23 or 24 and now this one.

    Why wouldn't u run tren for 10 weeks, I've seen several people/places where they run it for the 10 tren/12 test split?

    I started the cycle because about a year and a half ago I injured myself and then work got hectic and let's just say I got caught slipping for about 6-8 months. My body fat rose from the normal 6% to like 18%. I got back into a healthy lifestyle about a year ago and my main priority was to drop body fat back down. Long story short, I wanted help maintaining lean muscle mass while dropping body fat. I'm in a pretty good cal deficit, about 2250 before workouts. Which is beyond me on how I can have already gained 15 pounds in 4 weeks.

    And yes I'm pinning once a week. I had planed to pin twice weekly but read enough clinical studies on the long lasting esters saying it didn't really matter once a week or twice a week to convince me pinning once a week was ok.

    How your eating will also determine the weight gains you put on. Try to eat cleaner.

    My diet is pretty clean, occasional slip up due to long hours I work.

    Breakfast I eat plain oatmeal and a protein shake, mid morning snack piece of fruit and a natural almond butter sandwich, lunch mid afternoon snack and dinner usually consists of whole grain rice, veggies and chicken or tuna

    I have a 40%protein/40%carbs/20%fat

    Protein is usually from foods, with a couple shakes in there, carbs are all low gly***ic whole grains or fruits, fats are all omega 3 or monounsaturated. Carbs start out heavy in the morning and taper off as the day progresses, fat is spread more throughout the day but a majority of it is in the middle part of the day.

    I don't think y'all are understanding whats going on. In essence the cycle is working, dare I say, too good?

    I'm using the steroids to maintain lean mass while dropping body fat, which I'm doing. BUT I'm gaining more muscle mass then I intended, which is good, but I'm not interested with gaining an ass load of mass. 225 at 5-6% body fat is my goal. Right now I'm 230 at 10%.

    My question was simply: would it create an issue medically by dropping my test e by 300 mg A week.

    I'm on aromasin on cycle so I don't think I would have an increased estrogen level.

    It appears to me that your question was answered. A couple people have stated that yes you should be fine dropping your test 300mgs a week but its still confusing as to why your choosing this path as your solution. I understand you feel that you have acquired all the raw mass your wanting to gain and at this point you just want to harden up that mass while continuing to cut. Now as we know muscle helps to burn fat but seeing as how your not wanting to add anymore mass why continue on a mass building regimen. I have little experience with tren but I don't think that should matter in this particular scenario. IMO you'd be best served by tapering off the AAS focus on a good PCT and fine tune a good diet/workout regimen that will allow you to maintain the mass you currently have while trimming down. I'm not trying to say you currently have a bad routine infact with the stats you posted I would say you have the bulking phase nailed now you just have to learn the cutting phase. Perhaps someone can recommend a good T3/clen cycle but with those compounds I'm a lil outta my league as I'm still learning how to properly utilize them. That's just my observation best of luck.

But it doesn't have the water weight side effect, produces dense solid muscle with strength increase without a lot of size. (I.e. Winnie, primo, anavar ). I was going to take it alone but as I did research on it, everyone was saying that test. Should be stacked with it, assuming its due to the promotion of fat loss that testosterone exudes.
    And I'm in the same boat as you. I don't know much about t3 or clen . And my knowledge of cutting is about as extensive as you have to burn more calories then you consume. As u can see from the beginning stats I've never had an issue with body fat until of late. I'm assuming it's due to me being in my late 20's and my metabolism slowing. I've done a lot of reading on dieting and the proper balancing of your diet. I think that my patience is the root of all evil on fat loss.
