First of all, I just wanna say that I LOVE injecting into the quads. Absolutely the best spot to hit... The problem is that I don't want to spot anywhere else now. The glutes are annoying the way you gotta twist around and all, and the calfs get really sore. I want to know how safe it is to move up and down the quads? I really would hate to hit a nerve and fuck anything up, but the quads are just so perfect. Plus, the quads are really big muscles that extend for about 1.5 feet, there has to be more than one spot to hit on them.
