First Cycle Help
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 170
Bodyfat: 7-8%
Age: 25
Training for 7 years, weighed 115 before I started lifting so I look at lot bigger than 170 due to my small frame. Gains are extremely slow now.
Gonna do a Test E cycle for my first cycle but had a few questions
Week 1-12: 500 mg of Test E, pin every 3.5 days.
I will be running arimidex .25mg EOD on cycle.
I will also be doing 250 iu of HCG twice a week.
for PCT I will start 2 weeks after my last Test E injection
PCT:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Now for some questions I have
Do I start using HCG as soon as I start my test e injection and when do I stop using HCG.
Is my arimidex dosage okay and when should I stop using it?
Is my PCT dosage okay?

Yes, you start using HCG as soon as you start your test e injection and you stop using HCG 3-4 days before your PCT starts.
Your Arimidex dosage is OK and you can use it all the way up to PCT.
Your Clomid dose is fine but Nolvadex should be run at a higher dose. Try 40mg ED for the first two weeks and 20mg for the last two weeks of your PCT.
What does your current diet look like?
... and more importantly, what will it look like once you start this cycle?
Do you have a nutritional strategy to hold on to the majority of gains you will be making during your cycle once after the cycle is over and PCT starts?

In november you were 23 with 5 years of training under your belt, but now in May, you're 25 with 7 years of training under your belt?????? Somebody's a liar. At the rate you're aging, you probably only gonna live another 20 years or so, but at the rate your training history & knowledge are on the rise, you will be on stage with Jay, Phil, Ronnie & Lee within the next twelve months.............& no doubt winning of coarse, cause you'll probably be about 400 lbs of raw beef by then too right..............

Sounds pretty sound sir... And Turk asked a good question... IMO Diet and cardio are big... Diet of course is monumental and I always stress cardio but then again I know a lot of people are not as stringent... What are your particular goals for this cycle?... I, personally, always want lean mass... Which is why I go big on cardio... That being said it is based on what you want out of your cycle... It is always good to post your goals... You were very thorough and I have nothing negative to say just curious I guess... To this day I still typically run Test only cycles and, for me, those are the gains I want... I will gladly send pics of my first cycle and critique them myself and tell you what I did wrong and what I wish I would have changed... You have read enough to have the right idea... I hope you get exactly what you are looking for... Buen suerte!
