    Test 400

    Hi Everyone,

New here, and new to Anabolics.

Haven't actually done a cycle before so I'm taking my time reading all the info I can.

I was recommended to use Test 400, I haven't got the product yet as I'm still deciding whether or not I should go ahead with it yet.

I'm 23, 85 kilos (I think that's 187lbs), training for 5 - 6 yrs, 3 of which are probably the most consistent. Basically struggling to put on size and it's been very slow in doing so.

I'd like to know for starters, is Test 400 good to start on, should I use anything else with it since I've heard from others it's a really thick injectable and have to go real slow. I was told to use 1ml per week for 10 weeks.

Also, I've done my personal training course (doesn't make me awesome lol) but my training is consistent week on week and changing it up every now and then.

Thanks in Advance for any advice!

no. not good. Hit the nutrition forum, some real pros over there that can help you get on a diet that will get you to your goals. You're a minimum of 2 years from using AAS. Good diet for 2 years, man... you will be golden and most likely will not need AAS at that point.

    good luck.

    Thanks!

Any other advice/opinions would be great. Don't mind the blunt truth - better safe than sorry

maybe instead of trying to bulk further, you should try a natty cutting phase. don't be too worried about the bodyweight. continue to lift heavy weights so you maintain strength and LBM. slowing diet down, aiming for no more than 1lbs loss a wk. that will be mostly fats. by the time you are 13-15%, you should be ready to cycle.

well I'm not too sure about cutting just yet, if I did I think I'd end up a little too skinny. My understanding is that you should bulk so that you have something to cut for. If the overall advice is to not go with Test just yet due to being a couple years too young then I can understand that.

Unless your estimate is way off, but at 20%, you will have some things to cut. But its absolutely a personal preference. At least thats what i would do, before in becomes 25%.

it was 1 of those Scales at a fitness first that tells you water etc etc. I honestly don't know how accurate they are but just worried about getting too skinny and feeling like i have to start all over again.

I'll def look into though. Thanks.
