Ok so I am a lil uneducated and i know that is not cool but I am about to have a baby soon so this is my only chance for a wile to do a cycle. I'm doing 200mg a week deca basically for help to prevent injury on cycle and 150mg eod test prop. I'm taking dim on cycle to help with estrogen and I am going to use clomid for six weeks pct. My cycle is deca 10 weeks test prop 12 weeks.

I will be 28 in July I'm 185 pounds 6'1 but I have a very hard time gaining weight. I have a great physique and great genetics so I look ally bigger then I am. I am a personal trainer and have been working out for over ten years. I just came off a cut cycle so my power is down but pound for pound I'm a beast. Deadlifts 450 raw squat 485 raw bench 255. I also can clean and press over my own weight. My diet is pretty good I get in between 250 and 300 protein a day and good carbs/ fats. I don't lift for power really so I can rep out close to my max for the most part. I go hard in the gym about 2 hours 5 days a week. I want to keep about 15 pounds of lean muscle from cycle

One of my problem is that where I live it is hard to get what I need so prop and deca are it. Why would you drop the deca though? I know its not recommended first cycle but 200 mg is low so it shouldn't hurt in any way. Just curious.

Deca will put lots of water on you. Which is not what you want. If you want to blow up like that then just take dbol. You'll get there faster. (not actually recommending dbol here!)
Yes, deca at 200 isnt terrible, but at your age, you have PLENTY of time to experiment later. I would still stick with Test only.
Prop is fine. I only said E for a first cycle because its less pinning.
Ok so even at 200mg the deca is going to take away from the look I want for summer because of water retention? So basically if I just run the prop i will still get the results I want but it will be leaner muscle? And will it be easier to keep gains after cycle with or without the deca???? Thanks for your help on all this. By the way I've already pinned the deca twice does that matter if I drop it?
